Returns

If your product is defective or doesn’t work properly, let us know and we’ll send you a replacement one.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

Furthermore, we do not accept returns for items which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.

Refunds

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day No-Hassle refund policy. If you’re unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we’ll refund your money immediately.

Cancellations

We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00  you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for items that are on sale. Refund is only applicable to regular priced items only.

SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us as soon as possible. However there is a 72-hour waitlist for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

DabblShop is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

DabblShop will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • A number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

DabblShop reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
